By accessing or using Taxi.Seguro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Taxi.Seguro and its parent companies Theatricality LLC and Loud.TV SAS reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree to use Taxi.Seguro for lawful purposes only. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and request rides on our platform. You must agree to the use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including but not limited to receiving SMS and email notifications as required for the service.
Riders are expected to treat drivers respectfully, comply with local laws, and ensure the safety of themselves and others during every ride.
All drivers on the Taxi.Seguro platform must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and comply with all applicable transportation regulations.
Fares are calculated based on distance and time. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the ride.
Taxi.Seguro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which Theatricality LLC and Loud.TV SAS, respectively, operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
